Are Courts of law Still Open in my Area? Will my Court Date be Rescheduled? What if I Can’t Come to Court Because I’m Sick or Quarantined?
Arkansas Courts are not fully operating. It is a changing situation. However, most cases do not need immediate court involvement and any delay can be addressed with us over the phone.
Will Scheduled Depositions, Mediation, Arbitration, or Settlement Negotiations Occur as Planned?
We are currently planning to conduct depositions via Zoom or other video services when necessary, and settlement negotiations are being handled without interruption or delay.
